The Nucléo Series is designed to reinforce Brazilian Zouk technique and introduce the framework to have more creative and comfortable dances for EVERYONE.

Suggested if you tick any of these boxes:

• You already know your Brazilian Zouk fundamental movements. Or you are a beginner looking for a challenge.

OR

• You are at an intermediate level in other partner dances and have a good grasp of body movement. 

OR

• You teach other dances and are interested in exploring Zouk movement and ideas. 

This course is tailored for dance enthusiasts. We'll delve into the details of fundamentals and understand the feel-good connection in more technical terms, unpacking the movement to fully appreciate musicality and style.

Our aim is to unlock precision in movements, enabling some of the more enjoyable Zouk moves, and providing the structures that allow you to learn any movement at festivals.

Head movements are a fundamental technique for Zouk, and we'll introduce these in safe and comfortable ways. Body movement experience is highly encouraged as we will be putting an emphasis on movement quality.
